Beginning January 1, 2011, HenneCold Storage began implementing a $5.00/event charge for all documentation requests placed by companies/persons that are not current storage customers. This is to compensate HenneCold Storage for time and manpower required to locate, research and transmit and/or mail documentation. Customers currently storing with HenneCold Storage will be addressed on a per-case basis and will generally not be charged for this service.

Please note that if you are a vendor that supplies one of our existing customers this charge WILL apply to you, and we require payment in full prior to documentation being produced/sent. If you would like documentation, please fill out the form below:
